Villa Tita Granja de Playa is nestled in Brng.San Luis,Gingoog city.It is a 3hectare Beach Farm/Bird Sanctuary surrounded by Narra/Acacia and tropical fruit tress where it's all free during Season and where the Sun rises in the sea and settles in the Hills' The space Beach cottage is encircled by Greenery..It has two(2) rooms with one Queensize bed per room and another in the sala. There are two toilets/baths with hot/cold water. If more than 6guests, I can provide 2-3 extra beds on the floor.. Sofa is infront of the cable tv on the sala. There’s a Ref for food/drink storage. A hot/warm/cold H2O dispenser/coffee maker /toaster with bread and fruits provided. Internet is available if you need to go Online..- Outdoor Kitchen is on hand..A cook is available for a Fee.. The Gazebo is perfect for intimate conversations over latte'/snacks/lunch/dinner with candles...You can have the Beach all by yourselves whole day/an alfresco Shower is ready after a swim/dip . If you plan to have a private party ,tables and chairs will be provided for a charge depending on number of guests/ The Trees provides shade while you laze and enjoy mini Spa(massage-manicure-pedicure)..Bonfire by night.. Best place to catch the Sunrise.
