The space The unit is well furnished and equipped with basic amenities . Living hall accommodates small gatherings although mostly non partying guests only. The photocopied passport is needed at the condominium's security. Malaysian guests need to give an identification document to the security, preferably your driving license. No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check-in is after 2PM (Flexible depending on availability) Guests must be honest with the number of guests staying in our condo. The condo can accommodate only up to 5 people at one time. We have the right to claim from security deposit should guests violate this rule. Guests must not tamper or damage anything in the house. Please communicate with us your check-in and check-out time. Kindly maintain cleanliness of the condominium. No littering of rubbish allowed. Guests with babies MUST throw their babies' diaper at the refuse collection room. We shall claim from security deposit if guests leave baby diapers in the bathroom. Guests are OBLIGATED to throw their own garbage at the refuse collection room. We have the right to claim from security deposit if guests leave the condominium dirty, and fail to throw the garbage in the refuse room.
