Sandy Point villas is a small complex of 3 luxurious villas fully furnished, comfortable, rich in amenities just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Agia Marina and next to all the amenities that the area offers . Agia Marina is a well known beach resort with long sandy beaches , many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars .The town of Chania is 7 km away . Each villa has 5 bedrooms with ensuite facilities. The villas are designed and decorated with a minimalist, spacious modern approach. The space Within each villa you may find comfortable living rooms, a dining room, bar, sauna and five fully equipped private bathrooms connecting to each bedroom. One of the main facilities is the roof garden with it’s bathroom, kitchen utilities, private swimming pool and a beautiful view overlooks the Ag.Marina beach. Every villa has the following: ground floor: two bedrooms, a hydromassage shower/wc, a small gym. 1nd floor: fully equipped kitchen (Big refrigerator and electric kitchen, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), open plan living room with a big coach, plasma tv and a luxurious bar. 2rd floor: 3 bedrooms each with it’s own wc and hydromassage shower. The upper terrace of each villa includes a private swimming pool entirely surrounded by a teak deck. A comfortable dining area and a summer bar all protected by elegant glass, providing the perfect spot for anytime of the day. On the terrace there is also a barbeque. Guest access The entire villa, including a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi pool, summer bar and BBQ area, will be at guests' disposal. A fully equipped kitchen allows you not to worry about where and how to feed your family. Also on the lower floor, guests have access to a mini-gym. Other things to note Only one rule.
