Jeab’s house, a chic homestay, quiet and away from traffic of Bangkok. Located in Bang-Phlat area which is 1.5 kilos deep in the alley. There are 2 easy ways for guests to go downtown. 1. Take a mini bus or bike-taxi to main street, transfer to public bus to MRT. Notice : -mini bus costs 7 THB -bike taxi costs 15 THB -public bus costs 15 THB (It takes 30-40 mins from the house to MRT) 2. Call ‘Grab taxi’ usually arrives in 10 mins, takes 30-40 mins to central of Bangkok. Costs 150-200 THB. The space The house is decorated in modern oriental style which you can tell from the pattern of the flooring tile once you stepped in. Guests room has got its own entrance connected to wide open-air hallway leading to the room upstairs. convenience store like 7-11 is only 1-minute-walk from the house. We also have a small kitchen as a common area to share too but pls don’t cook smelly food. For traveling lovers who love sea sand and sun, you have chosen the right place to stay because the house is only 5 minutes away from southern train station and if guests prefer to travel by bus we are still close to bus station too. Domestic airport (Don-Muang) is only 40-45 minutes away from the house. For those who want to visit Bangkok such as, Grand palace, Kao-Sarn road, Jatujak Park weekend market, floating market, temples, China town, Siam center, Patpong night market and more, it approximately takes around 40-50 minutes to reach there. Jeab's house is also only 7 minutes close to the express way this convenience can bring you to central of Bangkok such as Sukhumvit area, Silom, NaNa and Pratunam market easily. Guest access The house is located around 6-7 kilos from the city center, normally it takes 30 minutes to get there but if traveling in rush hours it would take an hour. To avoid traffic jam you can use MRT, Sirinthorn station, which is located around soi entrance or take a minibus to catch ferry at pier too. The local fresh market and street with food are only in 1 kilo meter area. 7-11 is just one-minute-walk (open 24 hrs. everyday). The water distributor is available next to the house so you can get clean water easily (1THB for 1.50 ml.). The restaurant, Jeab's kitchen, is located in the same area to the house so guest can order food from here only take away no eat-in service. Southern railway station is 10 minutes away from the house so you can take a one-day-trip to explore Thailand easily too. I will give my cell phone number or any social media to you when you arrive at the house . Other things to note The location is in a nice residential area and quiet for the most part. Suitable for those who looking to stay close to the city but in a more quiet district. According to heavy traffic jam in Bangkok on the rush hours we suggest you not to travel during 07.00-09.00 in the morning and 16.00-18.00 in the afternoon, otherwise, you’ll be stuck in the traffic and automobile for a long while. Traveling one hour before traffic jam period is recommended. pets are not allowed.
