You can use own bedroom and share this spacy living room :) The space Please use a bedroom in my house, which was renovated in 2016. The room has space for 2 people to sleep, but of course, it can be used by a single guest as well. Here are also shared kitchen, living space and sunroom at the 2nd floor where you can freely access to. I believe you will be satisfied. Guest access 1st Floor of the house: one bed room, restroom, bathroom, and closet @ the entrance. 2nd Floor of the house: Kitchen, Living space, Sun room, & restroom. During your stay The guest interaction is up to you. It is free to retreat to the privacy of your room- totally up to you. I would love to interact with my guests. I'm offering special customized plans for my guests at special prices. Such as customized a guided tour of Tokyo, the suburbs, or local town areas, and if you'd like making Japanese home-style dishes together, or individual Japanese language lessons as optional activities. Please be aware that I tutor my students at the living room sometimes during weekdays. Sometimes my mom and other family members may come to the house. I will let you know that beforehand, and they won't bother you. Other things to note Please REMEMBER! It is a house that the host is living in. The host may occasionally work in the living room or invite others. We will inform you in advance. Keep your house key with you while you are staying here. * Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed, even if accompanied by a guardian. * No non-human creatures are allowed, even if they are in a cage. * The house WIFI is available, however no extra pocket WIFI, battery. If you need own mobile phone charger or mobile WIFI and/or adapters, and extra connecting devices etc... Please bring them with you. * If you are concerned about household noise or noise from outside, please bring your own device or other equipment to deal with it. * Please clean your space and making beds, laundry as you need during your stay. * please make sure to clean in case you used kitchen and/or other shared spaces and materials. * Please report any damages as soon as they occur.
