What you can expect from the our pool villa: Total floor area: 300 m2. • Pool size: 3.5X11 m • Number of bedrooms: 3 Common space includes four areas: living, dining, indoor kitchen and pool area. It also has an additional toilet. Living Room has: 55'' HD Smart TV with connectivity to YouTube, Netflix (please sign in to your own account), DVD player with 5.1 speakers and blue tooth connectivity, sofa, peacock chair Dining Room has: Dining table fit for up to 8 pax. Mixed chairs around dining table. Side table containing first aid kit. Indoor Kichen has: Microwave, toaster, electric water kettle, Delonghi drip coffee maker, 1 induction stove, refrigerator, pots/pan, cups and wine glasses, cutlery and utensils, cooking sauces and condiments Pool Area has: Saltwater pool (minimum chlorine added) 1.2m in depth, 2 sun chairs, pool towels, inflatable pool float and electric air pump, chill out lounge, outdoor bar with open windows for easy access to the kitchen Bedroom has: Purple room - king size bed, day bed, working desk and chair, 32" Smart TV, fresh bed linen provided and changed weekly, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, bath tub, bath towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper Blue room - king size bed, sofa bed, working desk and chair, 55" Smart TV, fresh bed linen provided and changed weekly, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, bath towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper Green room - two single bed, working desk and chair, 32" Smart TV, fresh bed linen provided and changed weekly, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper Each bedroom can be locked with its own set of keys. Especially for kiteboarders: There is a dedicated area for washing and hanging boards and equipment Surrounding our villa: Beautiful landscaping of tropical plants and flowers. CCTV around around the garage, fence and entrances, Others: 3 bicycles available for riding around town or along the beach (we can arrange for more bicycles on request), balconies in all bedrooms that offer different view, free wifi throughout the apartment and a washing machine (please use your own detergent) Guest access You will have access to the entire villa to enjoy it and all that Pranburi has to offer. Unlimited high speed wifi available throughout the villa to keep you connected. Other things to note We have BBQ pit available in the villa. For additional cost, we can arrange for BBQ food catering. For your convenience and enjoyment, we provide fun pool floats and electric air pumps. We have massage contacts that can give you massage right in the comfort of our villa. Housekeeping is twice a week. Bed linens are changed weekly. If you require additional housekeeping, we can arrange at additional cost (pay to housekeeper) The monthly discounted price not include electricity bill We do not offer breakfast. We can provide contacts for in villa massage or motorbike rental. Our gardener will come by every other day to tend to the landscaping Smoking is allowed outdoors however not allowed indoors We have CCTV around the villa external for security and insurance purposes. For guests who prefer additional privacy, we offer the option to cover CCTVs in certain areas upon request.
