Close to the Loire by bike, starting point for many tourist sites (Gien, Briare, Guédelon, Sancerre, Orléans, Paris...). The gîte is located 8 km from Gien train station (Paris Nevers line passing through Gien) The gîte is also located 5 km from the A77 highway (Nevers Paris) Linens and towels provided. The space The cottage is surrounded by a large lawn garden located in the heart of nature. It includes a 50 m2 room on the ground floor, a 1.40 x 1.90 bed, a sofa, a TV and a corner serving as a weight room. A door gives direct access to the garden. On the first floor, a 60 m2 living room. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (toilet + sink + shower) a living-dining room with table, sofa chairs and television. On the second floor, a 40 m2 bedroom with a 1.60 x 2 m bed, a TV and storage furniture. This room overlooks a bathroom (corner bathtub with shower, sink + toilet) with a washing machine. Linen not provided. Guest access The 150 m2 house will be open and fully available to you, as well as the garden and parking.
