The apartment is our private home, and it has three bedrooms, one large and two smaller. A cozy Living/dining, south-facing corner room with the most beautiful view of Nyboder and evening sun. A workspace with double doors connecting to the livingroom, and a small combined toilet/shower room. A newly renovated modern kitchen. There is 100/1000 Mbit Wifi in the apartment, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and a big common yard with a playground and an outdoor grill. The space Borgergade 140 is a very special place, and I hope you will enjoy your stay here in the historical part of Copenhagen. This house is more than 200 years old, and a part of a historical preserving program from the Danish government. The walls are originals and some of them are made of canvas, so Please don't lean on them. I inherited the apartment from my Grandmother, and it was the place where my family gathered for special occasions. I celebrated Christmas here the first 25 years of my life. All apartments are privately owned homes. It is quite special to be able to live in a historic building worthy of preservation, and we all take some consideration for the house and for each other, which our short-term renters must also comply with. Special rules of order that apply to our property: - Be careful with suitcases and other things when arriving and leaving. We take care not to scratch walls, doors and railings. - Be quiet if you arrive late or at night, so that you do not wake all the neighbors on your way in. Noise travels easily here, as the house is built of natural materials. - Keep the sound level down between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - If you have an early departure, please respect vacuuming during the day. - No live fire in the apartment. No candles, no smoking, etc. Guest access The apartment is normal inhabited by the 2 owners and their 2 children. We don't stay in the apartment, while renting out Other things to note 5 guests fits our beds: That means max. 4 adults (16 years+) Bed sizes: 1 double bed 160cm width 1 double bed 140 cm width 1 single bed 90 cm width We also have a 80 cm width foam mattress to place on the floor if you need an extra bed option.
