The hall takes you through to the dining room and adjoining kitchen. We have a table for six guests and dining at home couldn't be more relaxing as you look out onto the back patio and sink into our comfortable, leather dining chairs. We have equipped our bathroom with an excellent power shower and our combi-boiler allows hot water whenever you want it. Guest access Guests have use of the whole house and rear patio garden Other things to note A residents parking permit is provided for on street parking outside the house. This permit can not be used anywhere else in Harrogate. Please ensure the permit is left on dining room table. If you fail to leave the parking permit on departure, there is a charge of £25. This reflects the time, expense and inconvenience involved in obtaining a replacement.
