This has been recently redesigned with child-safe water feature, atmospheric lighting and beautifully planted, raised flower beds. Perfect for summer barbeques, relaxing after a busy conference day or playing with the kids. Inside, the house has been luxuriously refurbished with all modern amenities. Full central heating and double glazed windows ensures your stay is warm and comfortable. The ground floor (solid oak flooring throughout) includes a large lounge complete with wall mounted flatscreen TV. We have provided you with free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected with friends or work and a Blu-ray player to help you chill. There is easy seating for six including a sumptuous leather corner sofa. The hall takes you through to the dining room and adjoining kitchen. We have a table for six guests and dining at home couldn't be more relaxing as you look out onto the back patio and sink into our comfortable, leather dining chairs. Whether you are a chef or like takeouts, No. 19 is fully equipped to meet your needs. Our high spec kitchen includes an induction hob and all modern appliances (microwave for takeaways in emergency). Quality fish and chips are just around the corner and No. 19 is within delivery of town centre takeaways. Through the kitchen we have a separate utility area with a washer-dryer, freezer and downstairs WC. Upstairs we have a large master bedroom with kingsize bed, a twin bedroom and a single. We have equipped our bathroom with an excellent power shower and our combi-boiler allows hot water whenever you want it. Guest access Guests have use of the whole house and rear patio garden Other things to note A residents parking permit is provided for on street parking outside the house. This permit can not be used anywhere else in Harrogate. Please ensure the permit is left on dining room table. If you fail to leave the parking permit on departure, there is a charge of £25. This reflects the time, expense and inconvenience involved in obtaining a replacement.
