Scribbly Gum Loft Studio- Peaceful Bush Setting

Scribbly Gum Loft Studio is a rustic retreat located in a bush setting on private bushland acreage, there are bush walks, a lake, private lookouts and artists' studios on the site. The studio features a queen bed downstairs and a double bed up in the loft, ideal for close friends or children - who are comfortable using stairs and sharing the space, or a great space to read and relax. The eco-shared bathroom is located outside the loft along the covered verandah. The space Relax and Rewind in the eco and bushland setting. The Loft features a bush outlook and outdoor seating area. Enjoy the walks to lookout and lake on property. Close drive to famous Wentworth Falls walks and Leura and Wentworth Falls Villages Kitchenette facilities include bar fridge, sink, kettle, induction stove/hot plate and oven, toaster, pots, pans, tea and plunger and espresso coffee. There is a table and chairs outside. There are 2 bathrooms - One is a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and another separate bathroom with sink and toilet, these are sometimes shared with other guests located on the property. In winter there is gas heater and the bed is made with cosy warm bedding and an electric blanket. The eco-bathroom is located outside the loft along the covered verandah. A few steps from the studio. There is a sink for washing in your room Scribbly Gum is set inside the grounds of an eco off the grid environmental art centre independently running on a large solar system and rain water. There is a 500m maintained dirt road to the studio. There are walking tracks on the property around the lake and to the lookout. Our eco property has a five star carbon rating.
