The main building houses 2 en-suite bedrooms (Bedroom 1 and 2), with kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and a living room. The pool house annex (Bedroom 3) is like a studio, perfect for couples or your "give-me-my-space" teenager. Eucalyptus House (Bedroom 4) is a mini-villa with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living space, and its own sun deck area. The villa is in top condition following an extensive renovation with annual upkeep. The property has a nautical feel while showcasing Mykonos’ iconic minimalist style. Guest access Important notice: Guests enjoy a private entrance to the ground floor of the main house, Eucalyptus mini-villa, and pool house annex. Whether you are 2 or 8 guests, the swimming pool and outdoor areas are for your exclusive use only. The owner Mr. Yannis lives in the property, on the second floor of the Main House. This floor has a separate entrance so your privacy isn’t affected. For anything you need during your stay, you can contact him in order to assist you. Other things to note Daily cleaning service: Daily cleaning service takes place once a day. Please allow access for the villa to be cleaned daily, with linens changed twice weekly. Just so you know, the cleaner is not available on call. Pricing: To avoid any confusion, we have one set nightly price for the villa, for a maximum of 8 guests. Registration Details 00001269873
