Villa Monferrato - Fantastic views

The cozy and Art Nouveau villa from 1904 offers a fantastic view and lots of relaxation. From the tower - the highlight of the house - there is an incredible view of the surroundings: Montferrat, with its hills, castles and churches, with a good view of the snow-covered Alps all around. Original and authentic furniture and materials, modern kitchen utensils, spacious and cozy rooms with wooden floors and a fireplace promise a lot of coziness in summer and winter. The space The house is about 200 m². In addition to the tower, the villa offers a large terrace on a hillside, with stunning views, including the castle of Passerano and several churches illuminated in the evening. You enter the house on the ground floor from the front garden, which is protected by a wall. On the ground floor is the living room and the large kitchen-living room. In the kitchen there is a billiard table. In addition to access to the terrace, there is a guest toilet. On the first floor are the three bedrooms "Olivio", "Principessa" and "Cielo" as well as the bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet. There is also another small guest toilet in the hallway. In front of each room or hallway there is a small walk-in balcony. All rooms Olivio and Principessa in the west, as well as Cielo in the east have historic furnishings. All rooms have very comfortable beds. Olivio has the largest bed with a width of 180 cm. If necessary, the bed can be divided into two 90 cm beds. Cielo is equipped with a 160 cm wide canopy bed. Principessa has the smallest double bed with a width of 140 cm. Each room has a postcard view. Guest access Except for a utility room, the boiler room as well as the cantina and the infernetto, all rooms are available to our guests.
