The room is 24 m2 and has 2.68m ceilings (nearly 9 feet), hardwood floors, and a private ensuite bathroom. The entire southern wall consists of windows, so the studio is always flooded with light. The room is on the fourth floor and can be accessed from the building's communal staircase. It has a double bed (160x200) with excellent mattress, a table with two vintage chairs, an antique wardrobe, and a large kitchenette with a fridge and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and completely glass-enclosed shower. We have recently (January 2024) had the floor refinished and all of the walls and woodwork painted. Wide wooden doors open up onto a private balcony overlooking the centre of the building. The room is on the south side, so it gets light throughout the day. It is located next to the study of our apartment, which we rarely use. No space needs to be shared because the room is completely self-contained, although longer-term guests are free to use our washing machine. Please note that the studio is on the fourth floor, up three flights of (wide) stairs. It may not be ideal for individuals who are mobility impaired. Other things to note The check-in standard is set to flexible. Please note, when deciding whether to book, that we cannot offer check-ins or bag drops before 15:00. If you book last minute (on the same day before 18:00), please note that the check-in time will depend on the cleaning. We will do our best to make sure the apartment is ready as soon as possible for you. It is possible to check into the apartment between 21:00 and 08:00. Due to the late hour, though, we will need to charge an extra fee of 40 euros between 21:00 and 11:59 and 80 euros between 00:00 and 08:00. Thank you for your understanding.
