The space Our Self catering guesthouse sleeps 4 people comfortably, is set over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, on the 1st floor there's an open plan Kitchen, dining room and lounge where the guest can use a flat screen TV with cable connection, DVD player, wifi, internet connection, fridge freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, use of washing machine 7€ per wash, detergent provided, etc...the house uses an electric based geothermic heat-pump, which provides heating and air-conditioning to keep the house in the Spring, Autumn and Winter months between 16C (late evening, night and mid afternoon) and 20 to 21C during the other parts of the day; in the Hot summer months the system can keep the house between 23C to 27C most parts of the day and night; to heat it further guests must use the log burner (we supply the first batch of logs, there after it’s 10€ per wheelbarrow), the house is fully fenced, in a very peaceful location with a great view of the mountain from the Balcony. Guest access Swimming pool, BBQ area, private fruit tree garden, use of washing machine 7€ per wash between 12:00 and 15:00, detergent supplied, outdoor table and chairs, Table tennis, darts, board games use of wood burner, 10€ wheelbarrow of wood Other things to note We have 24h recorded exterior CCTV Cameras in operation for security purposes, it comprises 2 fixed cameras monitoring entrance to the property and a 360 Camera monitoring the back yard (switched off and covered when guests are staying). We guarantee that the system doesn’t interfere with guests privacy. We love Ruby our dog, we like to let her freely roam around the property, however when coming in or going out we understand that guests might not be aware of her presence, so just keep that in mind when opening and closing the gate.
