Comfy and clean 2bed/1bath apartment w/ full kitchen, huge couch in large living room laundry, closets, desk, fast wifi, 50 inch TV with 3D capabilities and ROKU, parking, and porches. Walk out your door to Babas on Meeting, which Charleston's best coffee, stroll to seven breweries, eat at 10 great restaurants around the corner, or bike deeper downtown for everything your trip needs. The space Welcome to my home. You will enter down a deck between two houses to a private porch and your rear entrance. You will have an additional porch upstairs to hear the bustle of Charleston (granted not the most beautiful view, but the sunset still makes the sky glow.) The whole apartment is yours to use and I trust you will respect my belongings and respect my neighbors. Someone does live in the apartment below so levelheaded noise levels are appreciated. Please enjoy our refreshing and stylish apartment just minutes from the bustle of downtown yet secluded enough to park outside your door and walk to 7 breweries, fine dining blocks away, Babas Cafe @ Goat.Sheep.Cow across the street, two fantastic BBQ's down the street, and the Tatood Moose just next door for the late nights. Use the fully fitted kitchen to cook your own meals or relax on the couch with your favorite shows casted thru the Roku. Sleep well and recover from your adventures on our semi-firm highly liked Queen bed with plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack and move in. If you are a light sleeper, feel free to use the incuded sound machine in the room. Refresh in the brand new shower with included soaps, or bring your own and store them in the vanity drawers. Hairdryer, towels, iron and board, umbrellas, french press with coffee included, and washer and dryer are great ammenities included to make sure you have all the comforts of home. If you wish to explore further and rent some items, please inquire! Available for rent is a 2011 Kia Soul manual car, beach set up (2 chairs, 2 towels, and umbrella), 2 beach cruiser bikes, and travel crib. My family and I live on property too and happy to help make your stay the best possible. Guest access You will enjoy your own access code for the lock on the door. Wifi is fast! No cable TV, but ROKU is connected and ready to use. Other things to note FYI I would say the apartment is NOT childproof. So if intending to travel with kids please let me know and let's see if we can work out details. Also, there are guests in the apartment below you, so please keep a respectful noise level as I ask them to do as well.
