The house is located in an open village with a wholesome, safe, and friendly neighborhood. It is accessible by public utility jeepney and taxi (common and Grab). It takes 30 minutes to get to the area from the central point of davao city on a normal or light traffic. The house was designed for a family of five in the 70s but only 2 members of the family live in the house currently hence the extra room. It has wide spaces if the guest wants to move around more freely. Guest access The guest may access the living room, dining area, garden, meditation room, kitchen.
