It has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have their own bathroom. Technology isn't at the heart of this home's life. It is possible to capture the internet via a wifi repeater connected to an internet box in another house, but the connection is not stable by the sea and the operation of the repeater is random. It is therefore possible to connect to the internet, but without any requirement of speed or large capacity, or without guarantee that it works at all times. This house is not made for those who have to work with the internet in a vital way during their stay or for connections to multiple computers. In the garden, enjoy Chilean and sunbeds, and several areas to relax, have a drink, or dine. The large outdoor tables can accommodate up to 15 guests, the garden furniture under the umbrella pine is perfect for aperitivo. In the garage you will find umbrellas and everything you need to enjoy the beach and the sea: children's beach games, masks, snorkels, fins, buoys. Everything will have to be stored as you found it. A pingpong table is available for your use. The outdoor plancha will allow you to cook beautiful grills for your large tables in a friendly way. A Weber charcoal barbecue is also available. At night, solar garden lights illuminate umbrella pines. Everything has been thought out by the owners for their own family holidays. The house is old, full of charm, and totally functional for an unforgettable holiday. However, we note that it is not for modern lovers, used to air conditioning or the comfort of modern constructions. Off-season, the house takes on a different atmosphere, more intimate and almost timeless. The beach becomes quiet, the light changes, and you feel like you’re alone in the world. The functional fireplace, radiators, and comfortable duvets make the stay particularly enjoyable, whether for relaxing, spending time together, or even working in an exceptional setting.
