Nala’s Farm- Serenity 101

Our place is a 4 bedroom home nestled on a hill that gives a very good view of the surrounding mountains and the beautiful sunsets. A place of quiet and serenity, you will enjoy the beauty of nature at its best. It’s perfect for families and friends who want privacy and peace. The space Our space is found in the countryside, and affords the quiet that you would wish for. It has a swimming pool that you could exclusively enjoy and the vast space that's suitable for ball games and other outdoor activities. A few steps away from the house is the recreational area which provides additional activities for our guests. We have a table tennis, a junior billiard table , a half basketball ring and a dart board, all these for a minimal fee of 150 pesos per hour or 400 pesos per day, unlimited use. Please inform our caretaker, Raffy, if you’re interested to rent these facilities during your stay. Our farm is pet friendly. We have a huge space where your fur babies can run around and a patio where they can spend the night. However, to prevent the pets from destroying things inside the house, we only allow them inside when they are in their cages. Guest access POOL: Guests have exclusive access to the swimming pool. This is 4 feet deep and 8 x 4.5 meters wide. It has a ledge to allow children and adults alike to wade on the water. Please note that we DO NOT provide a lifeguard. We will NOT be responsible for any accidents that might happen at the pool or anywhere in the farm. RECREATIONAL AREA: The recreational area which is located a few steps away from the house is available for rentals at a very affordable rate of 150 pesos per hour or 400 per day, unlimited use. Please inform us if you are interested to use the area during your stay. BEDROOMS: Please note that for groups with 11 guests or less, we will be opening bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. These rooms are located on the second floor. Please inform us if there are guests who may have difficulty going up the stairs to the second floor so we can open room 4 at the ground floor (instead of room 3) for easy access. For groups with 12-13 guests, we will be opening bedrooms 1,2 and 4. For guests numbering 14 or more, we will be opening bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4. Other things to note Our place has a caretaker to clean the pool, water the plants and cut the grass on a regular basis. We offer an unlimited use of the karaoke and you can sing your hearts out at NO EXTRA charge. •We DO NOT provide toothbrush so please bring this with you when you go to the farm. Towels are provided upon request. •Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and soap, drinking water are provided at the farm for free. Our house DOESN’T have a generator. Just in case of a loss of power or a brownout occurs, we won't be able to provide power to the cooling systems. This doesn't happen too often though. Emergency lights are also installed to illuminate strategic areas of the house as well as solar lights to continuously light the perimeter of the house. Please note that we do not provide rental reimbursements for brownouts caused by our electricity provider (CEBECO).
