Georgian town house based in the knowledge quarter. We are Liverpool family who are passionate about their city. We want you to have the best time in our wonderful city. The 8 bedroom property also has a large living/diner. This is an excellent location 3 min walk from Lime street station. Walking distance to universities, theatres, museums, art galleries, Cathedrals, city centre, restaurants and nightlife. Less than 2.4m to Liverpool and Everton FC. Parking available at an additional charge. The space We have a selection of kingsize, double and single beds. All quilts are doubles (minimum). All bed linen is Egyptian cotton for extra comfort. Each room has a coded lock. The living / diner / kitchen is large, more than comfortable for all 16 guest. The house only sleeps 16 people in 4 king size, 2 doubles and 4 single beds. There are no sofa beds. Guest access The communal space includes flat screen TV with Free NETFLIX and Amazon Fire TV stick with BBC iplayer and the ability to log into your personal Prime, Disney + and other apps available on Fire TV Stick) and Free WIFI. Other things to note It’s so close to Lime street station, making it perfect for a bag drop and then you are straight out, in and around the city centre, sightseeing, stadiums and nightlife. The house only sleeps 16 people in 10 beds. 4 King size, 2 Doubles and 4 singles. We do not have a sofa bed or air bed to add in more people.
