TYPICAL VILLA IN THE HEART OF CHIANTI

Villa le piana is a private villa, is composed by a maine house ( 2 floor, 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), 1 dependance ( open space with kitchen, living room with a big sofa bed ad a bathroom), a private garden and a shared big pool (shared with other 2 families but it always a quite place). The space Villa Le Piane is a beautiful countryhouse located on a a typical Tuscan hill. It is not completely isolated as there are some other houses in the neighbourood with which it shares the pool. The house a is composed of a main house and a small cottage which is completely independent. All around there is a beautiful garden with the view of the hills that surround these Tuscan countryhouses. A stone paved way gives access to the property followed by a courtyard terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. The house main entrance is through a glass and ironed door and soon after there is a brick built kitchen with tiled work surfaces. This area is fully equipped and has gas hobs, oven and fridge with freezer. On the right there is a large lounge with a long wooden typical Tuscan table, a large open fireplace in traditional Tuscan style, a large sofa, an armchair and a 60-inch TV with DVD player, there are also some beautiful carpets on the terracotta tiled floor. Passing a curtained arch there is a beautiful and wide dining room. This room has 3 glass doors leading to the courtyard terraces. The floor is made of old terracotta tiles and the walls have been left with visible traditional stones. Another big wooden table for 8 people is located in the centre of the room. Two beautiful arched windows give light onto a comfortable resting area with an armchair and a rocking chair. A glass door leads to a small courtyard with table, chairs and a beautiful barbeque. This is the only part of the outside area with a view to the neighbours. On the left of the main entrance there is a small hall leading to a bathroom with tub and a shower inside it and a washing machine. Next to it there is a double bedroom ( which can be transformed in a twin on request). The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a small table with an ancient mirror on the top and some open shelves on the wall.The floor is in terracotta and the roof has terracotta tiles and wooden beams. In the hall there is a narrow spiral staircase leading up to the first floor where there is a bathroom and the second double bedroom. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and some open shelves. The bathroom has shower. The small cottage has a little kitchenette inside, wiht gas hobs and a bar fridge, an open fireplace, a double sofa bed and a wooden table with two chairs and a beautiful Tuscan wardrobe. There is a bathroom with shower.The pool is in a beautiful wood about 100 metres away, up through the hamlet.
