Your own private bungalow high in the hills of Mae Wang. Situated between two Karen villages. Perfect for relaxing! If you would like to go trekking, bamboo rafting or elephant riding- we can arrange this for you at an additional cost. The space Visit an untouched area of Northern Thailand and do a home stay with Karen people. Our jungle village is situated in the Mae Wang district, about 1.5 hours from Chiang Mai city. We are interested in teaching you about Karen people and our culture! Guest access We will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for our guests (there are no shops or restaurants nearby where you can purchase food). We have no access to internet or WiFi but there is free WiFi available at my sons primary school (20 minute walk). There is telephone reception if you have a Thai AIS SIM card. During your stay Every day. We will cook traditional Karen and Thai food for you for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
