Spillers Farm cottage is set on a 150 year old farm in a rural location and is ideally situated for exploring the East Devon, Somerset and Dorset countryside as well as the Jurassic Coastline. We are a few minutes drive from the coast as well as many delightful historic towns and villages. Spillers Farm is perfectly located for those with a passion for fossil hunting as well as other leisurely pursuits such as fishing, golf and cycling and we have ample storage space for your equipment. The space Our spacious cottage comprises an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge, two bedrooms, a family shower room with wash hand basin and wc and a second separate wc with wash hand basin. This single storey cottage has a generous sized double bedroom featuring a king size bed and bunk beds and a separate spacious bedroom contains a super king size bed that can be split into twin beds. A travel cot is available on request. The fully fitted kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and grill, washing machine and slow cooker. The large open plan lounge has a wood burning fire, two comfortable 3 seater sofas and a large armchair, a large flat screen TV and a cd stereo system. The cottage is double glazed and centrally heated. Patio doors lead to a fenced garden which has outside seating and a garden swing chair. Guests are welcome to enjoy our picturesque wildlife lake where there are benches and tables for picnics or a relaxing drink in the evening whilst watching the sunset.
