green & spacious house, located in modern, peaceful residential place, full of expats from korea, japan. Good to stay for long time. Free dinner :). However there's no tourist attractions close by (30minutes by bike to Ben Thanh market) The space The house, intended for our whole family. However, my sister married and moved out. My parents live in different city. Basically, there're plenty of available rooms. Almost all furniture has been prepared. If you need anything specifically, I'll gladly try to help. Just come, stay with us as a family ! Guest access 1) Car/ Taxi: 20 minutes from the down town (district 1). Most of Taxi drivers in the city are honest. The most popular taxis are Mai linh (green car) and Vina sun. It should cost around 7 USD to get here. 2) Motorbike: 30 minutes from Ben Thanh market. 4- 5USD (but you have to negotiate). 3) Bus: 40 - 45 minutes. The central bus station is opposite to Ben Thanh market. Take bus no. 102, stop at chung cu Phu My (Hoang Quoc Viet street). 0.2 USD 4) I work at the downtown. If possible, i will manage to pick you up. During your stay I usually come back home after 8pm. I'd love to talk and share anything about travelling in Vietnam. If i have free time on weekend, let's hang out (if you dont mind :). My brothers have similar schedule. And they welcome foreign tourists. My maid can't speak English, but as long as it's simple request, body language can always be useful :) Other things to note Feel free to use house facilities eg. washing machine, hair dryer, ironer. Shampoo and a towel is available. Free drinks & dinner is provided everyday. Just join us.
