Guests have to pay a Compulsory "Refundable deposit" of Rs.5000 to Villa Manager during check-in Food Package Extra Per person: BF, Lunch, High Tea, Dinner Rs.1000 for Veg Rs.1250 for Nonveg-Chicken Rs.1500 for Nonveg Mutton/Seafood payable to the Villa Manager (money will be adjusted from the refundable deposit and the balance settled accordingly) If guests don't want to opt for a food Package then Breakfast Rs.300, Lunch Rs.600, Hightea Rs.150, Dinner Rs.600 per person per day The space Villa has:- - Family sized Swimming pool Size: L 21’ x W 12’x H 4’.4” Villa welcomes the guests with a newly constructed Family sized pvt. swimming pool accessible only to the villa Guests and which is neither accessible nor shared with non- guests / outsiders. - Veranda with a wooden swing - A separate games room with Pool/Billiards table, carrom board and other indoor games suitable for kids. -2 terraces -3 Master bedrooms with AC -Total of 5 bathrooms -1 kitchen (usable Only by Villa Manager and Chefs) -Small kids climbing the staircase should be accompanied by adults all the time -Consuming drugs strictly prohibited The fact that the villa is situated in Sahyadri valley is that it is away from the noisy and polluted cities or small towns, necessarily ensuring calmness and peace of mind for our valued guests. It’s a heaven for nature lovers in its true sense. During monsoons, the view of the valley from the villa and nearby areas is more than magnetic and offers pure oxygen to breathe. The villa is also near to Matheran, Bhimashankar hills and solanpada dam. Sparsh Resorts of expat properties with full outdoor and indoor games facilities is just 2 km drive away from our villa. Guest access Though the entire villa is open for all the guests. It would be appreciated if the following areas are not accessed by the guests: 1) Terrace no. 3 as it is a small terrace and it contains only a water storage tank wherein only the caretaker-Manager of the villa or house cleaner can reach being familiar with the terrace no. 3 area. 2) Kids, infants need to be accompanied all the time especially while climbing the staircase in the entire house ie: from the entrance to the veranda, from the veranda to the kitchen, from kitchen area to 1st floor of the house, from 1st floor to the terrace no.1 and terrace no.2 Other things to note Damage to property or any items or materials whether movable or immovable - penalty will be levied at the sole discretion of the villa manager and the owners of the house [penalty will be deducted from the refundable deposit of Rs.5000 and balance money(if any) only will be returned back to the guest.] Any request for changes or alterations in number of guests and/or adjustments in prices will STRICTLY NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
