Isolated, environmentally friendly rammed earth house with magnificent views of the Mt William Range and the Grampians. Surrounded by national park. Jeraboam is available to rent on a BYO linen and self clean basis. The space Jeraboam is a secluded cottage on 90 acres situated just within the Grampians National Park near Moyston. It is available for rent on a BYO linen and self clean basis. Enjoy magnificent views of the Mt William Range, watch kangaroos, emus, wallabies, deer and birds from the windows and walk in the surrounding bush. There are many walking tracks nearby. Jeraboam is off the grid and strives to be completely self-sufficient in energy and water. Heating and hot water is provided via a wood stove and open fireplace. There is a large cleared area around the house with an outdoor setting and barbecue. There is also a bonfire pit and vegetable garden and orchard where you are welcome to pick your own produce. A separate bungalow containing a double and a single bed and a wood heater is available by arrangement. Jeraboam has its own seasonal creek and a permanent landscaped dam, available for swimming. Guest access The entire 37 hectares is available for guests to access. Other things to note Please note: Jeraboam is rented on a byo linen and self clean basis. You will need to know how to light a fire in the wood stove or an open fire in order to keep warm in winter. Firewood, firelighters and kindling are all provided! A a pantry stocked with basic requirements is also available for you to use.
