The location is ideal, being very close to the Scuola Normale and the Scuola S.Anna, in a quiet and reserved area. The double room has a private bathroom outside but very close. Guests can enjoy a great internet connection and the price includes breakfast in an excellent bar downstairs, in addition to the tourist tax. Smoking is allowed in the loggia. Check-in is by appointment. The space The bedroom and bathroom are reserved exclusively for you, with sheets and towels included. You will have access to the laundry, loggia, living room, and refrigerator. Although the kitchen is reserved during meals, you can use all the necessary equipment to cook and set up, heat or quickly cook what you need, such as a microwave, oven or stove. In addition, you can eat your meals in your room, where you will find a comfortable table with chairs. Guest access Access to the property is facilitated by a convenient parking lot located nearby, with the main entrance from Via Piave. During your stay The owner is always available on their mobile phone, and check-in is by appointment. Other things to note The house is home to two small dogs, both black miniature schnauzers, known for their sweetness and tranquility.
