Each floor has 5 unit suites. We have 4 types of unit: - Presidential Suite (3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 twin, 1 single) --> 124m2 - Executive Suite (2 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 twin) --> 113m2 - Deluxe Room (studio with 2 queen beds) --> 72m2 - Superior Room (room with 1 king bed) --> 38m2 DESCRIPTION: 1. This listing is for the WHOLE SECOND FLOOR which consist of: - 1 Presidential Suite (capacity 5 pax) --> this suite has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchenette, 1 dining room - 4 Executive Suites (capacity 16 pax) --> each suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchenette, 1 dining room So in total you have: 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 5 living rooms, 5 mini kitchen, 5 dining area -- all in the same floor plus you'll have cafe area on this floor that you can use for your group. - We have elevator / lift! 2. The price here is for 21 people, extra charge if exceed this number (maximum is 31 people). Since AirBnb only allows you to click 16 guests, if you are more than 21 people, please message us so we can give you the right offer. 3. Each suite has slightly different furniture and design, but has the same facilities. I cannot put all room photos here, but please be assured they are all similar as pictured. 4. This place is very suitable for group of family and friends, who wants to get together but still need a private space. Because this property is located in a quiet residential area, big bus is not allowed. We don't have swimming pool. No connecting doors between each suite, but they are all side by side and on the same floor. Please note: Sorry, currently we don't offer breakfast. But you'll get a 15% discount for all F&B at Kana Cafe, Setra Sari Plaza Block B8-9 (it's just a 5 minute drive from our place!) IMPORTANT: Please click the real number of guests who are staying. For example, don't click 1 person, but in fact there is 25 people, because there will be additional charge on the spot if you exceed 21 people. Other things to note - You can check in directly with the staff at front lobby and they will give you access key to your suite.
