The Apartment is located on the fourth floor, boasting great views from the balcony where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea in winters and a cold beer in summer. The property is away from the doldrums of the town and is located in a serene and calm locality. Ample parking is available and the building has an elevator which makes it easier for the elderly. The property is wheelchair accessible. We have a caretaker who will help you during check Inn and cleaning the apartment. The space Suitable for short & long term stay. Our home comes with two bedrooms both have an attached washroom to it. Both bedrooms have a separate entry giving you complete privacy. Along with the bedroom is an attached living room with sofa, huge LCD, separate dinning area, a fully functioning kitchen with all the amenities. The house has an amazing balcony with great views of the Shivalik hills. Guest access The guests will have absolute access to the whole apartment as we don't let out rooms individually. Laze around on cozy couches in the living room or enjoy the view of the hills from the balcony. We have a fully functioning and equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, RO, gas stove, cutlery, crockery etc to do your own cooking at home. Just bring in your own groceries. If you are too lazy to do your own cooking, there are quite a few restaurants who will deliver the food at home. So forget the food blues and enjoy the view. Other things to note No Surprise policy for additional services. - Only one pet is allowed in this apartment. Cleaning charges of Rs800 per night over and above Airbnb charges will apply. - We provide heater for additional Rs.200/ night. - Unfortunately we cannot provide accommodation for drivers or maids travelling with guests. -The staff is paid to clean and dust the house only, we request you to clean the utensils as you use. If you need the maid to help you clean, please tip him/her accordingly. -If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges. House rules. Don't worry we don't have many. 1. Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please don't break crockery, furniture etc. when you are high. We might request payment for damages if any. 2. The staff is there to clean but utensils is not part of her job description. ( A little bit is fine but please don't leave a pile if you do so and make him/ her do your utensils please tip her accordingly.) 3. Request you to please leave the house not in a mess. If the house is too dirty we might request cleaning charges. 4. Please check out on time as the next guests might be travelling for 8to 10 hours to reach the place.
