You can walk from the apartment and find yourself going through lively places and arriving at heart of the city with the most notable sights of Athens available, Monostiraki, Lycabetus mountain, Exarchia, syntagma square, Omonia famous fountains , Accropolis, Plaka etc. If you prefer to take public transport, there is Subway stations Lign 1 VICTORIA at 15/20 min by walk to reach the city center in 5 minute ( 2 stops) or Straight to the beaches and Marina ( Piraeus ). Hot water boiler is 80 L capacity means enough for dishes and 1or2 showers. All depends of your consumption. It need 30 minutes to be warm when empty. There are nice decoration touches. You will Have AC and fan. Wifi is ok if you work from home. I know cause I work there too. Everything is there to have a great stay in Athen and feel home. The street is one way circulation so no lot of trafic and no trafic at night. There is a fresh market every thursday from 8 AM TO 5 PM Just the street behind the apartment. Local mini markets and small shops stay up till the late of the night.
