Located just 30 minutes from Whitianga and 10 minutes from the excellent Lukes Pizza; Opito Bay is a slice of paradise. The space There are 3 double bedrooms and a bunkroom on the ground floor, as well as the garage where you have access to Kayaks and bikes. Upstairs is the master bedroom with its own ensuite, the kitchen, and the main living room. Guest access Guests have access to almost the whole house with exception to one of the garages being locked off. And the loft at the back of the property is privately rented Other things to note There are no shops in Opito Bay with the closest supermarket located 30 minutes away in Whitianga. There is a dairy located 10 minutes away in Kuaotunu as well as an excellent cafe. Linen is not included
