The luxury Farm Stay Cottages (also see Banksia Cottage) are 2 Bedroom modern self contained cottages set on 40 acres overlooking Preservation Bay. The space Each cottage is 80 m2 and has: • 2 Bedrooms (all lined supplied) - Main with queen bed, smartTV, ceiling fan, built-in cupboards, ocean/farm views. - 2nd 2 singles (can be joined to form king double), built-in cupboards, garden views. - Cot and high chair available. • Lounge - Corner lounge (pull out double sofa bed) - Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater • Kitchen (fully appointed with usual amenities included) - Gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, 200ltr fridge/freezer, dining table • Bathroom - Walk in glass shower, vanity (hair dryer), heated towel racks, toilet, - Washing machine and laundry tub, no dryer but line and movable cloths rack available • Alfresco area - Glassed in for protected outdoor use - Outdoor dining setting - BBQ Guest access Walking on the farm is by request only and there are some lovely native bush areas on the escarpment inhabited by wallabies, rabbits, hares and a large variety of bird life including a family of wedge tail eagles in the large tree due north of the cottages. Please close farm gates that are opened once you have passed through. If guests go into the orchard/chook yard please close the gate to prevent chooks escaping into the main garden area. Guests are welcome to wonder in the garden area but please respect the privacy of other occupants. Please no noisy parties as other guests need to be considered.
