This is a corner lot single terrace house. it has around 4000sqft. The house yard is linked with my another small unit homestay. The house is nearby the night market which open on every Tuesday. The night market is the biggest night market in JB. Other things to note if guest brings their pet (more than 1), host will collect an extra charges of RM70/pet. Guest need to bring the cage for their pets. Pets are not allowed to enter the house and rooms, pets are allowed to stay at house yard. If guests bring more than 1 pet, the owner will charge an additional fee of RM70 per pet.Guests are required to bring a pet cage. Pets are not allowed in the house and rooms, they can be kept in the front yard.
