Hollybrook - The Homestead

Hollybrook is a beautiful slice of country living on a historic dairy farm, nestled in its own valley and surrounded by native bushland. Close to historic Wollombi and the Hunter Wine Region, we are located close to all major wedding venues. Book the Homestead and enjoy all of the spacious farmhouse with luxe bedding, cosy fireplace, cooks kitchen, large bathroom and outdoor BBQ deck. Stay and relax, or go exploring...it’s all so close! Sorry no children under 12, nor pets. The space The Homestead offers a luxury bedroom with a Queen bed, leading onto the wide wrap-around balcony: perfect for kicking back, watching the abundant birdlife, or enjoying some quiet time with a good book. The lounge room features a cozy wood fireplace and comfortable lounges, a TV (with DVD and HDMI), games, and books, perfect for in-house relaxation. The lounge room has fans and reverse-cycle air conditioning for additional seasonal comfort. The large bathroom has a generous shower and a twin vanity unit with large mirror. Spoil yourself with our lovely, quality hypo-allergenic body products for your use. A heated towel warmer and quality towels are provided for your convenience. The balcony easily connects to the newly renovated large outdoor deck. Dine under the large pergola and enjoy the outdoor BBQ kitchen which provides additional cooking facilities, complimenting the large fully equipped designer kitchen inside, which has all modern appliances, fridge, 900 electric stove/cooktop, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, and crockery. Only guests who are part of the booking group are allowed on the property. All homestead facilities, including the deck area and internal spaces, are for your private and exclusive use. Unfortunately, we are not set up to accommodate children or pets at Hollybrook. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access When you book the Homestead, you will have access to the entire house, deck, surrounding gardens and bushland. Other things to note Hollybrook is subject to the NSW Government STRA regulatory framework – as a guest, you share equal obligations under the framework.
