We are only a 5-minute drive from the beach. The space The house has two bedrooms — one of these has two single beds and the other has a double bed. The kitchen (equipped) and living room are an open space. Guests have free access to the private pool (which is shared) of the condominium and its chill-out area. The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wi-fi. The bathroom was recently renovated. The tranquillity prevails in the vicinity of the accommodation and the neighborhood is friendly. It is recommended to use the car for trips to Ericeira and the beach. There is some domestic animal activity nearby. The house is located on a hillside so your access is not simple. However, we have parking for two vehicles at the top of the hill and you can access your apartment along the way. There is the possibility of using our gym next to the pool, you just have to inform us when you want to do it. Guest access Access to the condominium's private pool. The pool is shared. Parking is at the top, at the back of the property. Later you can walk down to your apartment, which is just after the pool, or go down with your car. A member of our team will be on site to welcome you Other things to note Please note that we are not located in Ericeira Centro, we are in the Carvoeira area - Ericeira (10 minutes by car). We are very close to Foz do Lizandro but you will always have to have a car or transport to go to any supermarket or restaurant. Because we are located in the center of the village, parking is not always easy, however we have a space dedicated to guests. The owner lives in the condominium. It is forbidden to use the pool after 9:00 pm. Diving, jumping and other activities that may annoy other users of outer space are prohibited. Please note that since 2019, a tourist tax has been charged in Ericeira in the amount of 1/5 to 10/31 = €2.50 From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1.20€ Per person/per night and up to the limit of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt. This amount is not included in the price of your stay so it must be paid at the time of check-in, in cash.
