Deux Siècles House+Studio - Heart of Apollonia

A charming historic Cycladic house in the heart of Apollonia, featuring a separate studio that offers extra privacy for families or groups of friends. The property accommodates up to 7 guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two ensuite and one private bathroom in the studio).A perfect base for island exploration and entertainment, a few steps from vibrant Apollonia. The space The lower house is a two bedroom home with two full bathrooms (one en suite), fully equipped kitchen, large dining and sitting area with indoor fireplace and 5 meter high ceilings, characteristic of the old landmark homes of Sifnos. Outside the living room, one can relax or hang out overlooking the traditional paved path at the yard, with the jasmine, the roses, the typical bougainvilla and the aromas of Sifnos. The big wooden dining table with the antique wrought iron chairs offers the perfect space for gatherings day and night. On the lower floor, adjacent to the main house, there is an independent studio apartment with one double bed and one single bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The door overlooking the street, one of the most photographed doors of last summer, and the traditional mule door to the front yard, offer two separate entrances. Guest access The municipality parking of Apollonia is located within 1 min walk from the house, but one can drop off things for a few minutes, by parking almost at the front of the house on the main square of Apollonia. Other things to note The whole lower house is entirely and privately used by our guests. Only the front yard building entrance, is shared with guests of the upper house.
