Welcome to M&B Florence 3! This is a cozy and bright room featuring a comfortable double bed, a table with two chairs, and a large window that fills the space with natural light. The room is equipped with A/C and free Wi-Fi for your convenience. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station (Santa Maria Novella) and a 15-20 minute stroll to iconic landmarks such as the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. The space The room is decorated in a Florentine style, and it’s perfect for couples in love or just friends! The room includes Wi-Fi, towels, sheets and blankets and great information about Florence. The apartment is on the third floor and includes 5 rooms, 2 shared bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you’ll always find something to eat or drink (wine, coffee, tea, fruits, and if you’re lucky my moms cake!) even if breakfast is not included. Otherwise there is a cafeteria and a little grocery store in front of the building. The kitchen is also a great room to meet the other guests from all over the world that you share the apartment with, to share your experiences and making new friendships! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we will provide you with a personal key for access to your room at any time. There are two shared bathrooms in the facility for use by other guests. We have made every effort to ensure they are always clean and well stocked with towels and other essential items. We kindly ask that you respect fellow guests by using common spaces in an orderly and clean manner. The kitchen is a shared area, designed to provide you with the opportunity to prepare your own meals and socialize with other guests. You will find the necessary utensils, dishes, and storage spaces available. This room is assigned compartment number 3 in the fridge, where you can safely store your personal food items. We kindly ask that you clean up after use and respect other guests by maintaining order and cleanliness in the common areas We are confident that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing.
