This new studio apartment has been purpose built for the Air BnB market. It has been designed to replicate a modern hotel room at the fraction of the cost. Guests will enjoy a king size bed and a spacious and private bathroom. There is a smart television. Guest will have direct access to the deck which boasts uninterruppted views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo etc. It is a stunning 20 min stroll along the Te Anau lake front to restaurants/shops. The space This is a brand new studio. No expense has been spared to provide our guests with a comfortable, clean and warm environment. The smart television provides guests access to Netflix and other channel options. The view from the deck is stunning. Lake Te Anau and the mountains are right in front of you! There is a reserve across the quiet street that allows access to lakeside walking and cycling tracks. Free parking is provided on site. Free WiFi. Please note that this is a studio with no kitchen. We have provided a microwave and dishes for your use. Please wash them in the laundry sink with provided products. For added security we had a security camera in the car parking area. Thank you. Guest access Guests will enjoy their own private space.There is a guest laundry on the property located at the rear of the building. Washing powder is provided. We can accomodate trained pets for $30 per stay. Also please enquire if you would like to add a guest as we may be able to provide a floor mattress for a small fee. Other things to note Please be respectful and keep the noise to an acceptable level. This is a quiet family neighbourhood. We have a strict no parties, or smoking policy. This is essentially a hotel studio. Some crockery and cutlery is provided but will need to be rinsed in the bathroom basin or the laundry. We have provided a toaster and microwave for travelers wanting a quick meal. There is no kitchen. The cleaning fee covers linen and a basic clean. Extra costs may be incurred if dishes and extra mess are left. We really appreciate your help with this.
