The three bedroom cottage has two queen sized bedrooms and a third bedroom with two very comfortable bunk beds,one with double bed ( this one has a firm mattress )on the bottom. That would fully accommodate six or seven people. All new furniture, fully equipped kitchen and dining including stainless steel fridge and microwave and a laundry with washer and iron and ironing board. Comfortable leather lounge in the living room with TV, DVD and stereo system, reverse cycle air-conditioner. Front verandah to wind down with a drink to watch the sunset over the ocean after a busy day and a barbecue on the deck in the backyard on the very comfortable wickery lounge. Big ,fully fenced backyard, very safe for children.There is also second TV with in-house movies as well as activity games, play equipment, boogie boards. $150 refundable pet bond applies We do allow outside dogs only. please let us know you have a pet when inquiring. Other things to note Please note at high peak like Christmas and Ironman Event we accept bookings of 5 days minimum and 3 nights for half Ironman. In long weekend we accept 3 nights booking only. We do allow outside dogs only after confirming with us and paying pet bond ( $150) directly to owners. this will be refunded 5 days after quests departure.
