This is Guest House Re-worth. Thank you for visiting us. The concept of Re-worth is "Regeneration and Creation ". There are 3 guest rooms in total, It will be a 4-story building that can accommodate up to 24people. We will give you an access guide after making a reservation. You can arrive with peace of mind without getting lost. There are some paid rental bicycles in front of building. My place is renovated in Nov 2018. So It's very fleshly. Please feel free to ask me anytime. The space 【About my building】 1st floor→Coin Laundry 2nd floor→Room201 3rd floor→Room301 4th floor→Room401 【Room201(in total about 64㎡)】 on 2nd floor 2bedroom and living room and toilet and shower room. (BedroomA) 2 double size bed(140cmx200cm) air condition & 2 chair & table (BedroomB) Please use this room as a living room. (BedroomC) 2 semi-double size bed(120cmx200cm) air condition (the other space) 2 Hair dryer 【Wi-Fi】 There is no limit to use. 【Home Appliance】 Refrigerator,Microwave,Electric kettle, 1TV 【Cooking tool & Tableware】 dishes, mug, spoon, fork and knife. 【amenities】 2 Hair dryer shampoo & conditioner & body soap tooth brush & Bath towel & face towel 【Coin Laundry on 1st floor】 There is coin laundry on 1st floor. Eating and drinking in the bedroom is prohibited. Please eat and drink in the living room. Please do not speak loudly or make noise in the bedroom, this will bother neighbor people. Guest access Apartment 201 Other things to note ◆Notes ※There is no front desk. ※Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. ※Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is not possible. ※Customers are responsible for picking up parcels, food deliveries, etc. after check-in. ※It is basically difficult to respond by phone. (The 24-hour contact information will be provided on the day of check-in.) ※You can enter the room up to the number of people booked, but you cannot enter the room beyond the number of people booked. ※There is no cleaning or changing towels during your stay. ※No noisy activities such as drinking parties and parties, pets entering the room, smoking on the premises are prohibited. ※If the police are called due to a criminal act, etc., you will be forced to leave. (In that case, we cannot refund the price, so please be sure to follow the house rules.) ◆About buildings and equipment There is no elevator It is difficult to carry heavy luggage. Also, if it is difficult to go up and down the stairs, we recommend that you cancel. You cannot cook because the stove is not available. (Microwave oven and electronic kettle are available.) For laundry, please use the coin laundry on the first floor (fees apply). ◆About troubles with other customers This is a four-story building Guest rooms are　201 on the second floor , 301on the 3rd floor , 401on the 4th floor. There are a total of 3 guest rooms. We are not responsible for any troubles with other customers. We cannot stop the noise of other guests. Some guests sit up late, If there is noise, please call the police by yourself. (Of course, if there is a criminal act, we will call the police and force the guests to leave.) ◆About equipment You cannot cook because the stove is not available. (Microwave oven and electronic kettle are available.) The washing machine is on the roof. It will be shared with other customers. (No elevotor) ◆About troubles with other customers There are a total of 7 guest rooms in a 4-story building. Room 101 on the 1st floor, Room 201 and 202 on the 2nd floor Room 301 and 302 on the 3rd floor, Room 401 and 402 on the 4th floor. We are not responsible for any troubles with other customers. We cannot stop the noise of other guests. Some guests sit up late, If there is noise, please call the police by yourself. (Of course, if there is a criminal act, we will call the police and force the guests to leave.) ◆Cancellation For cancellations caused by coronavirus, Stopping transportation , bad weather, injury or illness Please note that refunds will be made according to the cancellation policy. ◆about penalty If your bedding or room is excessively dirty due to vomiting , smell damage caused by smoking or pets, lost keys and furniture or home appliances are damaged, We will claim all damages we have suffered. Furthermore, if it is determined that the next customer cannot check in by 16:00, We will claim cancellation fee for this facility as compensation for damages and providing alternative accommodation for the next guest ◆About consumables and Amenity Regardless of the length of stay As a spare We prepare 1 box of tissue, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 burning garbage bag , a toothbrush per person , shampoo, conditioner and body soap is prepared more than one-third of the bottles.
