Each bedroom has it's own private en-suite bathroom & desk/work-station. There is also a separate study nook to setup a work-from-home office. The open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area has some of the most spectacular views you will come across in the city; you are literally engrossed in your surroundings with spectacular sunrises, activities in Table bay of boats moving in and out of the harbor, the sounds of birds in the colourful hibiscus trees in the street and ending your day with the spectacular colours of sunsets over the greenpoint parks & stadium. Both bedrooms and the living space had aircons for cooling & heating. Bertha, our housekeeper comes around once a week. She will assist with laundry where needed, clean the full apartment and replace bedding once a week with fresh linen (for stays of longer than 7 days). She will make certain your housekeeping needs are looked after for the duration of your stay in your temporary home away from home while visiting Cape Town. ELECTRICITY - because this is predominantly a 21 days and longer booking, we provide a fair usage electricity of R1500 pre-loaded per month or bookings < 1 month.
