LOCATION The house sits on top of a ridge overlooking native bush and farmland with views of the Tasman Sea in the distance. The property is a 75 acre farm with sheep, cattle, pigs, goats and birds. IMPORTANT - WE ARE AN ECO-FRIENDLY HOME ** Our house is completely off-grid. All our power comes from solar panels. All our water is rainwater collected from the roof. Many of the features in the house are from building recyclers. **Make yourself at home - we look forward to meeting you!** Guest access Enjoy your own private bedroom with sitting space and seperate bathroom. (the bathroom may be shared on rare occasions during peak season. ) While the kitchen is unavailable, there are plenty of great restaurants in Hokitika. Feel free to explore the farm, gardens, and visit with the animals. For safety reasons, please avoid the power shed and don't enter any areas marked "Private."
