A modern arty loft with a breathtaking 360 degree view of Rome close to Termini station. Situated at walking distance from the Colosseum and in the best connected area of Rome, few minutes from Termini train station, where all metro lines stop and trains for the airport depart. The apartment is 60 sq.m. (650 sq.f) and composed by: One bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and a very large double loft room with a double sofa bed. The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator, and has a short internal staircase (10 steps) to access the main area. On top of the apartment (accessed through a short staircase, 8 steps), there is a 20 sq.m (25' sq.f) wooden floor terrace equipped with dining table, 4 chairs, light, from which you have a breathtaking 360degrees view of Rome, including St.Peter's Dome. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, wi-fi, hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two air conditioning units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The area is very lively with typical Italian restaurants, all services, supermarkets. Walking distance you have the best connected train station in Rome, including metro station, bus station and direct train and bus connection to the airport. - We are an holiday apartment. In Italy the Law compares us to hostels, bnb, hotels so I need to register each guest who will stay. On the other hand we CANNOT provide hotel services: cleaning is done only once on arrival & we CANNOT offer breakfast or extras over a little toilet welcome kit. For a stay shorter than 6 days we cannot provide to change the towels. :( By the law it could be considered unfair competition with hotels so we run risks on our licence and a very bad fine for us. For each guest we provide: a towel for the face and a big one for the body. Guest access Available (for little children) a camp bed and a baby chair. Other things to note - After the elevator, you need to climb fewsteps (10/12) to reach the apartment. - After 8pm and before 9am, please no loud music or screaming. - AT THE ARRIVAL: DOCUMENTS REGISTRATION At your arrival I need to declare your stay to the Authority: as requested by the law, remember to share with me the documents details of each guest (children included).
