Very close to the action of Sydney Road and Lygon Street if you want to venture out. Public transport (tram and buses) at the front door; trains are a short walk away. Bike parking is available onsite. On street car parking only - time limits apply so be sure to read signs, as the local council loves to issue tickets. Guest access Full use of the apartment is yours. It has fully equipped kitchenette and a decent size bathroom. Small living/dining areas provided. Ideal space for a single or couples - not much room for entertaining multiple friends!! There is a communal laundry available on ground floor or another just across the road. Other things to note You will need to keep the key to the apartment with you at all times. The door to the unit is heavy and locks automatically once you leave the apartment. There is not a spare key available at the property and it may take some time to get someone to the unit to open up for you if you lock it inside. Due to location in a secure building, replacement keys cost $50 to have cut so it is important that you look after the key!
