Quiet residence (pedestrian access), downtown without traffic, close to casino, convention center, local shops (pharmacy, bakery, laundry, restaurants, Super U, Lidl, Sunday market... Equipped for 2 people, equipped kitchen, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, Senseo + pods. Bed 160 x 200, Lounge area 2 club armchairs, nesting tables, TV, bar table and stools, wardrobe closet. Bathroom shower. Fan. Outdoor garden table and chairs. The space It is a secure, quiet residence, without traffic, accessed by a pedestrian crossing. Accommodation with a private garden. Equipped for 2 guests, ideal for couples or business trips. The accommodation is located in the city center between the post office and the town hall, close to the port and beaches. On Sunday morning, you can stroll to the nearby market. Free 800-space parking (Parking des Peupliers) at the entrance of the large mound that extends to the level of the casino. Paid parking 200 spaces behind the post office / casino. Feel free to unload your luggage by parking at the post office and then leave your vehicle at the poplar parking lot, which is free. Everything is within walking distance. On the other hand, the accommodation is in a pedestrian area, (hence the calm in the city center), the directions that will be sent to you by text message on the day of your arrival, the starting point will be La Poste, the accommodation is 50 m away. No pets. No smoking allowed, but you can use the terrace. Ashtrays are available. Please respect the neighborhood. Self check-in, on the day of your arrival, I will give you the necessary information for your check-in with key box code. I provide a fan and not air conditioning, so please take note of this in your comments. There is no Wi-Fi, After replacing the kettle twice, I removed it: please use the microwave. Please do not leave negative comments about this. I provide a pair of sheets and 2 towels if needed. Guest access Studio and private garden. The apartment is prepared for each change of guest, it is clean, tidy and ready to welcome you so you can have a pleasant stay. We thank our guests for leaving the apartment as they found it. Clean, tidy and trash emptied. A surcharge of €30 will be requested if the cleaning was not done upon their departure. No smoking allowed, but you can use the terrace. Ashtrays are available. We do not charge a cleaning fee but ON THE OTHER HAND, by booking you agree to respect the house rules and thus return the apartment to me as you received it (i.e. clean and tidy). For hygiene reasons, please use the sheets, pillow covers, and do not sleep directly on the bed sheets, pillows or even on the duvet. I provide a pair of sheets and 2 towels if needed.
