Close to town & Lake Mountain MTB trail. Our modern eco-friendly house is comfortable, surprisingly spacious, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 5 in 2 separate bedrooms plus a baby and is light & clean. Marysville Escape sits on a large block, in a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful country aspects & plenty of bird life. We offer a child friendly home with books, games, movies (all ages), a trampoline, outdoor fire pit (please observe any total fire ban days) and easy access to the Steavenson river and falls. One large living, kitchen, dining space with high ceilings and adjacent enormous deck partly covered by an awning with picnic table, bench & chairs. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 3 singles of which one is a loft bed. Please leave the house as you find it. Guest access You can park next to the house. A short path, lit by sensor lights at night, leads to the front door. Follow the path on the left hand side of the house. There is a small landing with 3 steps. Access is by electronic entry code. The code will be send in an SMS to your mobile on the day of your stay or via a message through Airbnb. No need to pickup keys and no danger of losing keys! Other things to note We provide electronic entry to the property, no need to pickup a key at a particular time. Shortly before your arrival we will email / SMS you a door code with which you can access the property during your stay. The entry code registers the time you first access the house and resets on your departure day. Please ensure you let us know in advance if you would like to stay longer, so we can make sure you are not locked out. We provide bedding, but no linen or personal towels. A tea towel is provided. We do have a linen service available for an additional fee, simply ask at the time of booking. Firewood for the wood heater inside and the fire pit outside is provided.
