Situated in a beautiful Neo-Renaissance building (1890) that was fully renovated a few years ago to full fill all the modern needs. Downstairs in the building you will find the house sauna and the gym. You are welcome to use the house sauna on Saturday evenings (21.00–22.00), when it’s privately booked for my apartment. This studio apartment has generous ceiling hight, a nice balcony and all the modern luxury you could ask for. In the open concept kitchen you can find a dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and a water boiler. The fully equipped kitchen has modern kitchen appliances. Basic cooking tools and spices are provided, perfect if you want to prepare your own meal. In the kitchen you will also find coffee and tea. The main space has a double bed, which is 160 cm wide. High-quality white bed linens are provided for all guests. The small dining area next to the kitchen fits perfectly two people. It's also a good spot for working on your laptop. The bathroom is equipped with a full sized washing machine and a dryer. The mirror cabinet above the sink can be used for storing your personal items. In that same cabinet you will also find some basic toiletries that you are welcome to use. Clean towels, hairdryer and shampoo is provided for all guests. Guest access The whole apartment is at your convenience to use. Other things to note • House Sauna is located downstairs in the same staircase. It is available on Saturday evenings (21.00–22.00) when it's privately booked for the apartment.
