The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The space The house has three floors (approx. 73 square meters) and has a terrace with a small garden area as well as a balcony (all south-facing). On the first floor there is a small guest toilet, a small, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining area. This is followed by one of the highlights: a conservatory that is flooded with light in sunshine and invites you to cuddle and read in bad weather. One floor up is a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a large bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, as well as a smaller room that is both a study and a second bedroom. The converted attic is perfect for children to play, but also as a retreat for adults. The house also has its own garage, which is no longer used for parking cars, but as a safe and dry shelter for bicycles. A bus stop and bakery are in the immediate vicinity. The footpath to the dike is short enough to enjoy the sunset from there every evening. And the village district is just a few minutes away by bike.
