Denosta Residence is a family-run Guest House at the Heart of Metro Kalibo. Our Guest House sits on a 219sqM property. A perfect place for singles/couples/groups/family. The place is equipped with AC, TV with cable, fridge, kettle, stove and kitchen utensils. Extra mattresses/beddings are available for additional guests. Kalibo is the gateway for the resort island of Boracay. The Municipality is known for the Ati-atihan festival every 3rd week of January. The space Newly renovated in a classic design with a contemporary touch. The house is airy with lots of windows. There is a homey feel to the place with its white walls and traditional furnishings that’s timeless. This twin room (Bedroom2) has two single beds, and can accomodate up to 2 guests. It has a private bath. The room is equipped with air conditioning. This home fits a large group and family comfortably. Outside the house is a very spacious area where you can have your coffee or tea, or dine al fresco with fresh air and morning breeze. You may book the rooms individually or have the whole 3BR house to yourself. Guest access Guest has access to all communal areas in the entire vicinity. During your stay If I am not there, the caretaker is always present if you need advice and assistance for getting around Kalibo or for any onward travel arrangements. My colleagues and family will be happy to assist you. Other things to note As in the whole of Aklan, we may experience fluctuation of electricity and power outage. This usually lasts for a few minutes or hours only. This is beyond our control. We have rechargeable and emergency lights and electric fans for these cases. Local Law: Kalibo is a No Smoking zone. Puffing cigarettes and vaping in all public areas in the town of Kalibo is prohibited. Those who will be caught smoking in public places other than the designated areas shall be penalized.
