Queen Bedroom East with Aircon close to Airport

A private two storey home occupied by husband/wife. Guests room is located on the upper level and has its own room 'key lock', walk in wardrobe, computer desk/chair, reverse air-conditioning, t.v./dvd and wi-fi. The shared sun room has a balcony, mini fridge, self-serve hot beverage, kettle/toaster. Bathroom is shared with other guests, if any . Located 2 mins from Tonkin Highway. Public bus transport 2 mins, Free verge car parking. Guests 1 or 2 Adults, No children under 12, No Infants. The space The bedroom is large with views over the pool and Mango tree. The room has two large windows on two elevation east and north which when open can allow a refreshing breeze in the evening. Guest access Guests in the east and west rooms share a large bathroom, and also have access to the ground floor toilet if required. We have a large shared sun room where you can prepare a light meal and coffee or you can go downstairs and use the main kitchen. During your stay I am generally available as I live here full time with my Husband, but can be contacted via phone if I leave the house. Both Hosts confirm they have been Double Covid Vaccinated. Other things to note We have a large pool area for sunbathing after you have a refreshing swim in the pool.
