The house is situated in the Exe Valley in Bickleigh, near Tiverton, ideally positioned to explore North and South Devon. This comfortable property sleeps 9 and comprises 2 double, 2 twins (one on ground floor) and 1 single bedroom; 2 bathrooms (one on ground floor); fully equipped kitchen; dining room and TV lounge with oak beam features and wood burners. There is an extensive DVD library. Large enclosed garden with spacious private carpark. N.B: Minimum stay of one week (Saturday to Saturday) The space Access to beautiful country walks. Bickleigh Castle, Tiverton Castle and Knighthayes are within a 15 minute drive. Other things to note Rubbish is collected every Thursday morning under the blue sign at the end of the lane. Please do not put bins out before 7 pm on Wednesday.
